Award finalist within Learning and Development, I have focussed on developing early careers and graduate programmes for emerging leaders of the future, in addition to my wider coaching practice.
I also work with clients to design and facilitate interactive learning workshops and masterclasses, tailored to suit both the face-to-face and virtual audience setting.
I studied Advanced Art and Design and then a Diploma in Foundations Studies, specialising in narrative illustration. Beginning my career with a worldwide award-winning event management company, designing floorplans for exhibitions and trade shows to make my clients’ vision come to life.
A practising spiritual artist for the last 20 years, I’ve used visual aids as a powerful tool to connect with others more deeply. Through this practice, I have developed tools for representing self-reflection more powerfully in visual form, and this formed a key part of my study for my Level 5 Professional Coaching qualification.
I use a similar approach in workshop design, project mapping, process improvement and team brainstorming sessions, which enables a ‘bigger perspective’ approach to achieve the require outcome or solution.
I have an Etsy shop which showcases my hand-created artwork, I’m an active member of an ‘On Your Doorstep Virtual Mall’ which promotes local craft businesses, and during the recent pandemic posted many printable illustrative mindfulness activities for children through social media.
